"Although we had a booking, & I confirmed by 'phone; when we arrived they had NO knowledge or room booking in my name!!!They did manage to find A room which needed to be empty for others the next day.So we stayed only ONE night in supposedly a suite which was unclean & very shoddy. Frankly we couldnt wait to escape the next morning to a far better,cleaner, with more amenities & better rates for seniors.The Econo lodge may be part of group of hotels, if so, then someone should inspect the place."
